In order to enter into the different draws, you must first create an account. You can modify your personal information at any time. WinningBig will keep this information confidential and will not share this information with any third-party.

The contests are open to all adults (18+) who register with their valid personal information.

WinningBig.ca is open to all canadian residents considered adults in the province they reside at the time of registration. Employees of WinningBig.ca and its partners, people that reside with other employees of WinningBig.ca and any related or affiliated company are not allowed to enter into the contests.

We will get in touch with the winner of each draw in order to ship the prize. In order for the prize to be given, we will need proof of identification that match the information given at the time of registration. Draws are held at the offices of WinningBig.ca on the scheduled dates. Ods of winning depend on the number of people who entered each contest.

By registering on the site, each participant saves harmless WinningBig, it`s partners and sponsors, their employees, owners, directors, agents, representatives, successors and heirs from all responsibilities relative to the contests, from the receipt of the prize to its usage.

WinningBig reserves the right to reject registrations that it deems in its sole discretion as fraudulent, falsified or duplicated.

Winners of a contest authorize the use of their names and their pictures without additional payment or fees, in advertisements from the sponsors. By entering into a contest, participant accepts to abide by the rules of each individual contest. The prize must be accepted as is, without substitution, and is not transferrable nor exchangeable against cash.

The contest is subject to the applicable local, municipal, provincial and federal laws. All decisions from the contest jury are final and without appeal.

The sponsors, with the consent of the agency, reserve the right to cancel or hold the contest in case of an accident, print or administrative error, or any other cause it deems sufficient, without any prior notice.

Any disagreement as to the organisation of a contest can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
